So, yeah.Īspyr is also busy developing Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake for PlayStation 5 and PC, in addition to porting the original KOTOR to Nintendo Switch.Jedi Knight, while 12 years old at the time of this writing, brings back memories of the shooter that did it first. Personally, my only experience with any of the ports is that I bought Jedi Academy, it crashed within a few minutes of starting, and I never touched it again.

Now, all of these games are available digitally on Nintendo Switch, and the ports are apparently mostly competent overall. Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and Star Wars: Republic Commando skipped Nintendo but arrived in 20 respectively on Xbox and PC. Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast came to GameCube in 2002. Star Wars Episode I: Racer landed on Nintendo 64 back in 1999, for instance. These Star Wars Switch and PS4 bundles comprise ports of quite old titles, of course. We're thrilled to announce that we will be bringing two new exciting bundles to PS4 and Nintendo Switch, in partnership with STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight Collection and the STAR WARS™ Racer and Commando Combo are coming to a store near you later this year! /DqX7ZpTMdF

Preorders have begun for the Star Wars bundles, and they retail for $29.99 / €29.99 / £25.99. Star Wars: Jedi Knight Collection will contain Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, while Star Wars: Racer and Commando Combo contains Episode I: Racer and Republic Commando, and they both release on October 26 for PS4 and November 16 for Switch in the United States and Europe. Aspyr has announced that it is bringing two separate physical Star Wars game bundles to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in collaboration with publisher THQ Nordic.
